What types of items can I get custom wrappers for?
Currently we design wrappers to fit 45 gram Hershey® milk chocolate bars and Hershey® milk chocolate nuggets.

What are the minimum order amounts?
The minimum order is 5 wrapper sheets or
12 - 45 gram wrappers or 50 nugget wrappers.

Why do you ship wrapped bars?
Due to shipping costs, international orders and the possiblity of chocolate melting during shipping we do not ship wrapped bars. But if you would like to pick up your order at our store in Smiths Falls, Ontario, Canada we will be happy to sell you wrapped bars.

How much do they cost?
Pricing is based on product size and quantity. Please see our Pricing page for complete pricing information.

How do I place an order?
Please email or phone to place your order. 

Can I see what my wrapper will look like before you ship it?
Definitely! In fact, we require that all our customers check their wrappers to avoid design or spelling errors before printing. We will send proofs via email, fax or mail. Please remember, the quality of the proof when sent via email or fax will not be as clear due to the transmission methods and to differences in computer monitor settings.

Can you custom design a wrapper for me?
Yes! We will change the color or message of any of our wrapper templates at no additional charge. Custom design is done by quote only. Please contact us by email with your ideas! (And please keep in mind that copyrighted and trademarked artwork cannot be used.)

Can I have a photograph on my wrapper? Is there an extra charge?
Yes, email us your high quality jpg to be used on your wrapper at no additional charge. Please be aware that professional images require written permission from the photographer to use on our wrappers.
 
How do I wrap the candy?
The Hershey company requires leaving the original wrapper in place. This can be used as a guide as you "over-wrap" with your personalized wrapper. You can use a glue stick to secure the wrappers, or double-sided tape. Complete instructions will be sent with your order.

Once I place my order, how long does it take to arrive?
After you give final approval to your proof and we receive your payment, your order will be mailed out within 5-7 business days. For additional cost, we can overnight an order.

What method of shipping do you use?
Canada Post Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation ($10.00) is our preferred method of shipping our orders and they will usually take 2-4 days to arrive at their final destination.
We can also send orders via regular Canada Post for $3.00 but we cannot guarantee delivery of your wrappers with this method of shipping since there is no tracking available.
You are also more than welcome to pick up your order at our store in Smiths Falls, Ontario, Canada.

Do you accept credit cards or personal cheques?
No, at this time we do not accept credit cards or debit. The preferred method of payment is through an  email bank transfers. We will accept money orders and personal cheques through the mail.   Personal cheques will have to clear before the order will be processed.

Our privacy policy
Your personal information will only be used for the completion of your order. Your email address is used
to answer any questions you have or we have concerning your order, for sending the draft wrapper for your approval and to complete your orders.
We will not sell or share your personal information
with anyone.
