HAPPY NEW YEAR    JANUARY 2010

 Time to look back and look ahead.

In 209 we added several new members which is always encouraging.

We took part in several activities in the area which we hope will improve our visibility.

We made some progress on our 2014 project – the book on Houses.  We need to speed up this process.

We committed to holding the UELAC Conference 2011 in Brockville.  So looking ahead, we have a lot of work for a small group to make this a successful undertaking.  We will need many volunteers to assist those of us who have begun the planning.  You all invited to visit “Catch the Spirit” for this event June 2^nd to June 5^th 2011.

On February 13^th we will be in Prescott at the home of the Grenville Historical Society, celebrating Heritage Week and the 200^th Anniversary of the founding of the town of Prescott.

 This is a standing invitation to all Loyalist descendants and all non-Loyalists who love the history of our wonderful area to join us in our future endeavours.  Tell your friends about us.
