  Hardy Park , Buell's Bay, Brockville

Approximately 19 of us gathered at Hardy Park for a very enjoyable picnic and sociable time together.  We had our lunch and short meeting in the band shell. 

We even were joined by an on looker(and her dog) who found the meeting and information of the founding of Brockville so fascinating that she stayed until the end.

Following the picnic some went on to tour the graves of selected Loyalists at Oakland Cemetery.  Don Galna gave a narrative of their history and the significance of some of the early settlers of Brockville and area.
