Guest Speaker - Mark Jodoin, noted author

Mark Jodoin is an author and speaker on subjects related to the history of the American northeast and central Canada. An honors graduate of the Carleton University School of Journalism, Mr. Jodoin is a former broadcast journalist and marketing entrepreneur whose career has taken him across the United States, Canada and Europe.

As a heritage writer, his period of interest begins with the North American French and Indian Wars of the mid-1700s, through the American Revolutionary War to the period leading up to Canada’s Confederation in 1867. Mr. Jodoin is the history feature writer for the Canadian magazine Esprit de Corps and president of the Rideau Township Historical Society. He lives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
