We are writing to you today in reference to the quality of support and service that we have received from your personnel recently.
We would like to begin by discussing the guidance, assistance, and customer service from both your sales and installation personnel are exemplary.
First the sales representative Tracy was professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite to deal with throughout this process. Her quality customer service did initially provide us with the confidence to do business with your company over four (4) other vendors we were investigating and prompted us to initiate cancellation of installation with one of those other vendors to allow us
to proceed with your company.
Following this, two (2) gentleman came to our home to do the installation today. Again these representatives were professional, knowledgeable, polite and went to great lengths to troubleshoot and ensure that the system was well established and working on our desktop and laptop. In supplement to this the work that these gentlemen performed on the exterior of our home was wonderful. The installation of the tower and the line that needed to be brought into our home has been completed in a manner in which it blends with the exterior of our home. An impressive and professional job and all accomplished with a smile.
In summary, we would like to pass along our compliments to your staff , thank them for their time and expertise and further wish to send our complements to the RipNET Management Team for providing personnel and service which attains a level which measures far beyond "good customer service." Truly Outstanding!!!!

Just a short note to say thank you to you once again for all your excellent help and assistance in our transition to high speed, and to ask you to pass along our thanks to Roger and Severn, the guys that did our installation this morning. They were terrific!!!!! Great guys - very personable, polite and knowledgeable, and responded to any of our questions in a manner that we could understand!!!!!! RipNet is very fortunate to have team members such as yourselves. Our experience thus far with RipNet has been fabulous and I'm positive that it will continue to be.

I'm really impressed with you guys so far; dealing with Sheri Lister first (polite, responsive, friendly), then Severin and Roger (installers on weekend - same, very friendly, very professional (they even stopped when they were almost finished, decided something wasn't quite straight enough, went back and did it again to make sure it was "just right" - I'm self-employed and that's how I do my job - I really like it when someone else works like that for me!)), and you this morning (very nice, patient)...
Thank you! If we could only get some of this customer service over to Best Buy, Bell and Rogers!

I've been with Ripnet for over 5 years and continue to be more than
satisfied with your product, service and Staff. I also appreciate your honest and candid explanations of what is going on regardless of whether its good or bad News. Many companies these days are trying to dig the last bit of margin out of every aspect of their business, but I believe Ripnet, while still wishing to achieve margins and maintain profitability, still has the interests of their customers first and foremost. The pride in your company really shows.

I would just like to acknowledge a "job well done" with RipNET today at my residence.
In just a couple of hours my TV Tower was erected & the RipNET radio positioned atop. My Internet service has returned to its solid and quick state. Both technicians were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable.
I thanked them both for their work before they left, and would like for the management at RipNET to know I'm a very satisfied customer.

I had occasion to interact a few weeks ago with Robert, and was absolutely blown away by his concern for my problem, and the courteous, helpful manner in which he solved it.Last week I had another minor problem, and spoke to Mike, who instantly put it right.I am a very old lady who sometimes asks silly questions, and I appreciate not being treated like a complete idiot, which of course I am when it comes to computers.
