Just wanted to comment on the help I received from Craig this morning re my internet problem - I was so impressed with his immediate understanding of my problem and the ensuing solution. Also, being 83 years old, I am not particularly computer savvy to say nothing of the fact that it took me a few minutes to get back downstairs to my computer - Craig was so patient and cheerful during the whole situation.
