1.      Open Netscape

2.      Click Options-General Preferences

3.      Enter the following information:

Your Name: Your real name
Your Email: your username@ripnet.com
Reply-to Address: your username@ripnet.com
Your Organization: (optional)

4.      Click Ok

5.      Click Options-Mail and News Preferences

6.      Select Servers and enter the following information:

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: mail.ripnet.com
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: pop.ripnet.com 
POP3 User Name: youremailaddress@ripnet.com  
Mail Directory: (already entered by default)

7.      Click Ok, you are now ready to send and receive email
