1. On your Desktop, right click on the Inbox icon and select Properties

2. Click Services

3. If you do not see Internet Mail, click Add, select Internet Mail and click Ok

4. Select Internet Mail, and click Properties

5. Enter the following information:
Full name : Your Full Name
Email address : username@ripnet.com
Internet Mail Server : pop.ripnet.com
Account Name : your username
Password : your password

6. Click “Advance” button

7. In the area provide for “Outbound”:

Outbound Mail: mail.ripnet.com

6.  Click Ok, you are now ready to send and receive email
